In a small saucepan, whisk together heavy cream and sugar. Mix well and add instant gelatin.
Mix well and add vanilla extract and chia seeds. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, mixing constantly.
Divide the mixture between three serving glasses and cool completely.
Meanwhile, prepare the strawberry jello layer. In a small saucepan, add strawberry gelatin, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Remove from the heat and cool for a while. Pour the mixture over the chilled panna cotta and cool completely before serving.

Preparing this lovely dessert is quite simple as well. Fill the glasses with a basic panna cotta recipe in which you’ve added some healthy Zen Spirit chia seeds and let the mixture cool just enough for the next layer. We have decided to go with some strawberry jello but you can use any type of flavored gelatin you like. You can also add several layers of different types of gelatin for the best New Year’s party you’ll ever have.
