Raspberry and Maca Cream Puffs

Everybody loves delicious cream puffs! They are light, fluffy and fun to eat – what more can you ask for? These fantastic cream puffs require only 6 simple ingredients and about 25 minutes of your time. And the final results? Fantastic! You should definitely give them a try!

When preparing these lovely raspberry and maca cream puffs, there are some basic steps to follow and you won’t have any problems. Make sure to preheat your stove to medium heat, especially when adding the flour. Otherwise, the mixture might start sticking to the pan or even burn. Also, make sure to vigorously stir the mixture all the time to prevent lumps. Once you have prepared the basic mixture for the puffs, you will have to cool it slightly before adding the eggs. If you add the eggs directly to the pan, they will start to cook as soon as they touch the hot mixture.
