Generously coat a small baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat and add marshmallows, peanut butter, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly until marshmallows have completely melted, about 4 minutes.
Stir in puffed rice and maca powder. Generously coat a wooden spoon or a spatula with cooking spray and mix well.
Remove from the heat.
Add half of the mixture to the prepared baking pan and pour in half of the melted chocolate. Top with the remaining rice mixture and finish with the remaining melted chocolate. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove from the refrigerator and cut into equal bars. Serve.
