Matcha Panna Cotta with Fresh Pomegranate Seeds

This easy 5-ingredient Matcha Panna Cotta is completely vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.

With its lightly sweet taste and creamy texture, panna cotta is definitely one of my favorite desserts.

Being a huge matcha green tea fan, I have decided to add a little twist to this Italian classic. And the result? Absolute perfection!

Bittersweet and fresh taste of matcha green tea powder perfectly balances this sweet treat. Coconut cream will add the creaminess you wish to see in good panna cotta, while the maple syrup will spice things up and transform this beautiful recipe into something special.

Sprinkle with some fresh pomegranate seeds for an extra zing and enjoy!
