Ingredients

  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • ¼ tsp stevia powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter (optional)

Utensils

  • Handheld frother
  • Microwave (or a frothing pitcher)
  • Latte cups

DIRECTIONS

  • Divide the matcha powder, stevia, and cinnamon between 2 serving cups. Pour in hot water and mix well until smooth paste forms.

  • Heat the milk in a microwave (or in a frothing pitcher if you have one) until hot and steamy. Pour half of the milk into your cups and whisk vigorously with a handheld frother.

  • Finally, pour in the remaining milk and serve.
