Matcha Ice Tea with Honey, Lime and Mint

Ice tea is one of the most popular summer refreshment drinks but unfortunately, it usually comes with tons of processed sugar and other unhealthy ingredients. That's why I came up with this healthy ice tea recipe which is just perfect for all sorts of summer gatherings.

The mase for this delicious recipe is healthy matcha green tea powder, honey, and lime – three tremendously healthy ingredients that will boost up your immune system and give your body an enormous amount of antioxidants.

Adding a small amount of warm water is probably the most important part of this recipe. Warm (or even hot) water will allow you to perfectly dissolve your matcha green tea without any lumps nobody wants to see in their ice tea.

Now, simply balance the temperature with lots of ice cold water and ice. Neutralize the sweetness of honey with some freshly squeezed lime juice for even more freshness and enjoy!
