Ingredients

  • 5 ripe bananas, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Matcha Green Tea powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut nectar
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, unsweetened
  • For the sprinkles:
  • ¼ cup almonds, minced
  • ¼ cup walnuts, minced
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar

Utensils

  • Blender
  • Ice cream scoop
  • Air-tight container

DIRECTIONS

  • Place bananas in a powerful blender along with milk, coconut nectar, and vanilla extract. Pulse until smooth. Meanwhile, combine matcha green tea powder with 2 tablespoons of hot water. Mix until you get a nice smooth green paste. Combine the paste with the banana mixture and mix well. If you need a thicker mixture, add one more banana process again. Transfer the mixture to an air-tight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the sprinkles. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well until combined. Set aside.

  • Scoop out the ice cream balls and sprinkle with the previously prepared baklava sprinkles. Add a bit of coconut nectar for some extra taste and enjoy!
