Matcha Frappuccino With Coconut Milk

This is a healthier version of a popular drink and one of my favorite drinks to go. Combined with a beautiful matcha green tea powder, this creamy Frappuccino is full of antioxidants and so amazingly refreshing.

I personally love this coffee-free combination, but one teaspoon of your favorite instant coffee will transform your usual morning routine into a mind-blowing drink. For this recipe, I have used regular, full-fat milk. However, if you're avoiding dairy products, replace the cow's milk with coconut, almond, soy, hemp, or rice milk.

Furthermore, if you're trying to cut a few calories, replace the granulated sugar with some powdered stevia or any other sugar substitute. Spice things up with pure vanilla extract and everybody's favorite whipped cream! Enjoy!

I like to think of my matcha green tea Frappuccino as a smoothie which I can combine with so many different ingredients and get the taste I want. If you’re going for a thicker and creamier option, you can modify the recipe and add one cup of Greek yogurt instead of one cup of milk.

Throw in some almonds, hazelnuts, or chia seeds. Not only that you’ll increase the nutritional values of your matcha Frappuccino, but the taste will be sensational. Top the whipped cream with your favorite fruits, homemade caramel sauce, or hot fudge sauce. Have fun and enjoy your homemade green tea Frappuccino!
