Maca Fruit Oats with Banana, Strawberries and Kiwi

Maca Fruit Oats - Ingredients

Adding cheerful colors and beautiful taste of three different types of fruit into your breakfast is the best choice to add some freshness to your everyday routine. Fruits are an excellent source of various vitamins and minerals, while the oats provide a decent dose of fiber and help clean your entire digestive tract.

Maca Fruit Oats - Blend

For this recipe, I have decided to combine my usual rolled oats with some seeds, maca powder, and maple syrup in a food processor and make a beautiful and smooth paste. As for the milk, you can use any type of non-dairy milk (for a vegan option) you have on hand. This part really depends on your taste – adding less milk will give you a thicker paste and vice versa.
