Maca Cheesecake Strawberries

If you’re in a strawberry season, you might want to try these lovely maca bites you will absolutely like! Maca cheese strawberries are amazingly delicious and very pretty – a lovely dinner party treats you can make within 20 minutes and refrigerate until ready to serve. However, it’s best to prepare these stuffed strawberries the day you’re planning to serve them and then refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Also, make sure to keep them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

You will need 14-15 extra large ripe strawberries (the larger you can find, the better!) Filling is not exactly a real cheesecake but rather cheesecake inspired mixture of whipping cream, cream cheese, some vanilla extract, and of course, our Zen Spirit maca powder with its unique gentle flavor.
