Green Tea Mango Smoothie With Spinach and Bananas

Spinach is my all time favorite ingredient in smoothies! It's so easily combined with different ingredients due to its neutral flavor and the health benefits are simply mind-blowing! Leafy spinach is loaded with so many different nutrients good for digestion, heart health, lowering the blood pressure, hair, skin, bone health, and the immune system.

This wonderful smoothie is combined with delicious mango, reduced-fat coconut milk, fresh (or frozen) bananas, and matcha green tea powder. But the best part is that you need less than ten minutes to prepare this wonderful detox smoothie for a beautiful breakfast or a healthy snack option. Enjoy!

Both – mango and bananas have enough natural sugar so make sure not to add any sweeteners because you can easily overdo it. You can also replace the coconut milk with some other non-dairy (my favorite option is unsweetened almond milk, but you can add soy or rice milk as well). And if you don't have the time to prepare smoothie every morning or you don't feel like doing it, simply prepare thissmoothie in several batches and keep in the freezer up to 5 days.
