Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup Zen Spirit cacao powder
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Dark chocolate – optional topping

    In a bowl of a stand mixer, combine together heavy cream, cacao powder, and maple syrup. With a whisking attachment on, beat on high speed until a smooth mousse has been formed.

    Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe some of the mixture in serving glasses and add raspberries. Top with the remaining mousse and finish with some grated dark chocolate and some more raspberries.
