Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Zen Spirit chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Zen Spirit matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Granola, coconut chips, pomegranate seeds – optional topping

Utensils

  • Matcha whisker

DIRECTIONS

  • Add chia to a medium bowl and pour in half of the milk. Stir well and add the remaining milk. Set aside.

  • Add matcha to a small bowl and pour in two tablespoons of hot water. Whisk thoroughly until there aren't any lumps left.

  • Add matcha to a bowl with soaked chia and stir in agave nectar and vanilla extract. Soak for 2 hours.

  • When ready to serve, optionally top with some chocolate granola, coconut chips, and pomegranate seeds.
