Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dates, pits removed
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup Zen Spirit cacao powder
  • For the filling:
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • ¼ cup melted chocolate
  • 3 tbsp Zen Spirit cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    In a food processor, combine walnuts, dates, rolled oats, and cacao powder. Process for 30-40 seconds or until a sticky dough has been achieved.

    Divide the dough between mini tart pans and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine together vegan cream cheese, melted chocolate, cacao powder, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, beat well until completely smooth.
