For a vegan option, you can replace heavy cream with some coconut cream and replace regular milk with your favorite plant-based milk (we definitely recommend unsweetened almond milk because of its neutral taste).
Add one teaspoon of vanilla extract for a little extra flavor and freeze your ice cream overnight for the best results. It can stand in the freezer up to 3 months which makes an excellent option for a delicious and refreshing summer dessert.
