  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 ½ tsp Zen Spirit chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground garlic
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

This recipe is based on garlic but you can feel free to add any other herbs you like and create your own unique buns. You can also replace butter with some olive oil for a lovely Mediterranean version of these buns. Another great idea is to lightly brush your buns with some olive oil before baking to get an intense golden brown color on top and a wonderful flavor everybody will love.

Store your buns in air-tight containers and serve up to a week. Optionally, prepare few batches of the dough and freeze the balls until ready to bake.
