This Customer Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Customer") and Zen Spirit ("Company," "we," or "us") governing your use of the Zen Spirit website (the "Website") and any related services provided by the Company. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Account Registration and Eligibility
1.1 Account Registration: In order to use certain features of the Website and make purchases, you must register for an account with Zen Spirit. 2.1 Compliance with Section 2.1 and 9.1 of the Amazon Payments, Inc. Customer Agreement: Zen Spirit utilizes Amazon Payments, Inc. ("Amazon Payments") as a payment processor for transactions on the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that your account and transactions will comply with Section 2.1 and 9.1 of the Amazon Payments, Inc. Customer Agreement. 2.2 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
a) Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
b) Using the Website to defraud, impersonate, or mislead others;
c) Interfering with the operation or security of the Website;
d) Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
e) Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from other users;
f) Engaging in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the Website's infrastructure;
g) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Website;
h) Using the Website to promote or engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities;
i) Circumventing any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Website;
j) Engaging in any activity that violates the spirit or intent of this Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership: The Website, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that all trademarks, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Website are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
3.2 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any content from the Website without the prior written consent of the Company.
4. Privacy
