Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Zen Spirit Chia Seeds
  • 1 1/3 cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • A handful of walnuts, optional topping
  • A handful of almonds, optional topping
  • Maple syrup, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Add chia seeds to a medium bowl. Pour in the milk and add vanilla extract. Stir all well and set aside for 15 minutes.

  • In another bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  • Add soaked chia to serving glasses and finish with the pumpkin mixture. Optionally, top with nuts and drizzle with maple syrup.

  • Serve.

It doesn’t require any cooking and basically, all you need are two mixing bowls to prepare this fantastic dessert everybody will enjoy.

Once you’ve arranged your pudding, garnish with some whole or chopped nuts and cinnamon sticks. Optionally, drizzle with a generous amount of maple syrup and enjoy holidays!
